Services
Three ways to work with Trinex, from a one-time assessment to fully managed monitoring. Every engagement is scoped in writing with defined deliverables, so you know the cost and the outcome before work begins.
Network Monitoring & Alerting
Most businesses find out about network problems when employees start complaining. Monitoring flips that around. Trinex watches your switches, firewalls, access points, and internet circuits around the clock, and when something degrades or fails, an alert goes to the engineer who knows your network, not into a ticket queue.
What's included:
- 24/7 up/down and performance monitoring of your network devices and circuits
- Alert thresholds tuned to your environment, so you get signal instead of noise
- A monthly report covering uptime, utilization, and anything that needs attention
- Early warning on aging hardware, expiring licenses, and end-of-support dates
How it's billed: A flat monthly fee scoped to the size of your environment, billed in advance. No per-incident surprises.
Network Review & Assessment
You can't make good decisions about a network nobody has documented. An assessment gives you a complete, honest picture of what you have and where the risks are, whether you inherited an undocumented network, you're planning a move or expansion, or your cyber insurance application is asking questions you can't answer.
What you receive:
- Full documentation of your network: topology, device inventory, and configurations
- Findings ranked by risk: single points of failure, security gaps, performance bottlenecks, and end-of-life equipment
- A prioritized remediation roadmap with budget-level estimates
The important part: The deliverable is yours. The roadmap is written so any qualified engineer can execute it. Most clients have Trinex do the work, but you are never obligated to.
How it's billed: Fixed price, quoted up front based on network size.
Network Design & Implementation
Project work, engineered properly. Whether it's one access point or a complete redesign, every project starts with a design document and a fixed quote, gets implemented on a schedule that minimizes disruption to your business, and ends with as-built documentation handed over to you.
Typical projects:
- Wireless deployments, from coverage planning through AP installation and tuning
- Switch and firewall installations, replacements, and upgrades
- Vendor migrations, such as moving to a new firewall or wireless platform
- New office and expansion build-outs, including ISP circuit coordination
- Network redesigns to fix performance, segmentation, or reliability problems
How it's billed: Fixed quote per project. Hardware and licensing are quoted separately and transparently, so you see exactly what equipment costs versus engineering time.
Hardware procurement, handled.
Every project quote can include the hardware itself. Trinex sources switches, firewalls, access points, and licensing directly through distribution, registers warranties and support contracts in your name, and stages and configures equipment before it ever reaches your site. One quote, one point of accountability, and no risk of buying the wrong SKU or gray market gear that the manufacturer won't support.
